Return Policy

We want you to understand why people choose Dr.Silks. Our return policy lasts for 90 days to give you confidence in purchasing from Dr.Silks.

Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any stains or damage. A maximum of two (2) items can be returned per order.

Refund Procedure

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@drsilks.com.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@drsilks.com. We do not offer color exchanges once the item has shipped.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the return will be refunded to the original purchaser. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, please send an email to hello@drsilks.com. If the item is defective or damaged, you will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In other cases, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Changes

We cannot guarantee updates to an order's shipping address or items in an order. Our fulfillment team works around the clock to get shipments out at lightning speed. If you need to change the shipping address, we recommend contacting the courier to assist with updating the address. If you would like to add, change, or upgrade items in your order, please contact us at hello@drsilks.com. If we cannot change your order, you may return the items in your original order. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Order Cancellation

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. If you wish to cancel/return an item that's already been shipped, please return your items for a full refund. Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at hello@drsilks.com.
